An Asana Recovery admissions counselor will work with you to complete an assessment for you or your loved one that will include, addiction history, and any behavioral issues in order to determine if our rehab programs are best suited to your medical needs. Nothing is more important than finding the right treatment to help with your recovery.
Our counselors will also work closely with your insurance carrier to confirm coverage and set up benefits for your treatment. In most cases, an individual’s health insurance benefits could cover most of the treatment cost, leaving minimal out-of-pocket expense. A counselor will also discuss other payment options if insurance is not available.
Once we have completed the pre-admission process and determined the right level of care for you, the next step depends on your needs. If you need detox or residential care first, our team will coordinate placement at a trusted partner facility and ensure a seamless transition into our outpatient programs once you’re ready. If you’re starting directly with outpatient treatment, your admissions counselor will work with our clinical team to prepare for your first session at our Fountain Valley outpatient center.
