Crystal grew up in Montana and moved to California 15 years ago, where she now lives with her boyfriend and two Mini Schnauzers named Olive and Autumn. She enjoys staying active and spends a lot of her free time hiking, paddle boarding, running, riding her Peloton, gardening, camping, and cooking.
She is happiest when she is at concerts, spending time at the beach with her dogs, and embarking on spontaneous road trips in her Subaru.
As the HR Specialist at Asana Recovery, Crystal stays busy preparing and updating employment records to maintain state compliance, explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, and onboarding new hires into various HRIS platforms. She also works to address any employment related issues and oversees the entire hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews.
