Asana Recovery

Client Care Coordinator

Morgan is a big sports fan and loves to cheer loudly for the Dodgers with her three children and four dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and singing.

She graduated from American Career College for Vocational Nursing and is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in the science of Nursing from LBCC. She isn’t stopping there either. Once Morgan completes her Associate’s degree, she plans to continue her education and obtain her Nurse Practitioner License, specializing in the field of substance abuse treatment and behavioral health.

Her drive to work in the addictions industry stems from the impact that addictions and recovery has had in her own life. She said: “My father suffered from alcoholism and drug addiction for most of his life until he lost his battle in July of 2020. My mother has also battled with addiction since I was 12 years old. I have lost countless friends to this horrible disease. Seeing people who I have worked with being able to overcome trauma, start their lives over, and live successfully without using substances makes my soul beyond happy and grateful to still be here and to be sober!!”

As Client Car Coordinator, Morgan is often busy providing nursing assessments, observing and documenting client progress, educating clients about their medications and symptoms of withdrawal, and making medical referrals when necessary.
