Samantha Haynes
Program Director
Samantha has been working in the addictions industry for the bulk of her career and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She says that it’s rewarding work that allows her to make a substantial difference in people’s lives while collaborating with a passionate team that shares the same values.
She previously attended Minnesota State University and received a bachelor’s degree in sociology. At Asana Recovery, Samantha works as a Program Manager, where she is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day administrative functions and facility operations. She also works on contract compliance and management, personnel management, staff supervision, competency assessment, and performance reviews. Samantha also oversees the condition of facilities for compliance with CARF standards and other regulatory agencies.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. She is also an avid reader and enjoys baking, staying active, and dancing. Before living in California, Samantha spent five years living in Texas and originally comes from Minnesota.
She’s happiest when spending time with her friends, family, and pets. She has a dog named Saint and a cat named Slayer.
