Behavioral Health Technician
A mother of four daughters, Shaneace is well-practiced at difficult-yet-rewarding work, and that carries over to her work as a Behavioral Health Technician for Asana Recovery. She came to this position as a recovering addict wanting “to give back.” She hopes to help others with addiction and/or mental health issues. “I want to let them know they aren’t alone, and it’s possible to recover,” she says.
For fun she likes eating, learning new things, spending time with family and listening to music. But those aren’t the only things that make her happy. She loves helping others. “Getting that letter from a client saying they have been sober a year is the best!” she says.
Shaneace is studying sonography at Orange Coast College.
