Emily Saado is a Clinical Outreach Manager at Asana Recovery, where she supports individuals and families during the first and often most difficult step of the recovery process — reaching out for help. In her role as an Clinical Outreach Manager, Emily focuses on intake coordination, initial information gathering, and guiding prospective clients through available treatment options with clarity, compassion, and respect.
With more than a decade of experience in the substance use disorder and behavioral health field, Emily has worked across multiple roles throughout the continuum of care, including case management, technician support, health and safety coordination, counseling support, and group facilitation. This diverse background allows her to understand both the clinical process and the real-world concerns individuals and families face when seeking treatment.
Emily brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. Her personal insight into the recovery process, combined with professional experience, helps her connect with clients during vulnerable moments and provide steady, informed guidance throughout the admissions process.
At Asana Recovery, Emily works closely with the clinical and operations teams to help ensure a smooth transition into care for individuals entering outpatient and dual diagnosis programs, answering questions, setting expectations, and offering reassurance from the very first conversation.
Outside of her professional role, Emily is committed to maintaining balance and wellness in her own life. She prioritizes fitness, values time with her fiancé and daughter, and enjoys life with her dog. Emily also gives back through ongoing sponsorship and support for women in recovery, reflecting her belief that connection, service, and community are essential to long-term healing.
